Client Services Administrator

MEDCAN

This is a Full-time position in Toronto, ON posted December 5, 2018.

The Role:

Medcan is recruiting for a Client Service Coordinator to join its growing team. The Client Service Coordinator will be responsible for working and supporting the Client Services and sales teams. The ideal candidate is motivated, enthusiastic, enjoy face to face interaction, has a positive and optimistic attitude, understands the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with a large client base. He/she will assist to coordinate all sales and client service activities including generating reports, answering client enquiries, gathering client information and update account information. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of all our products and services
  • Ensure existing processes are maintained through comprehensive document management and related checks
  • Support in clients and partners relationship management by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications
  • Update accounts and client profiles based on updated information from internal teams and key account contacts
  • Manage key communication to new and existing clients, which includes creating membership, welcome letters and mail outs.
  • Identify and refer qualified opportunities to the Sales Team to develop and close relations.
  • Support with account performances and evaluation reports
  • Work closely with all internal departments
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

The Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business or related discipline
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance group benefits industry is an asset
  • Strong client service focus and ability to work independently and adapt to business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to build trust and preserve strong client and team relationships
  • Well organized and process-driven; capable of multi-tasking
  • Must be highly motivated, determined and goal-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite particularly excel, ppt.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Tableau is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment

This is a 6-Month contract role that is scheduled during business hours Monday through Friday. The role reports to the Client Services Associate and jointly working with the VP of Client Success and Operations.
