Office Manager

This is a Full-time position in Toronto, ON posted January 2, 2019.

Our client in Richmond Hill that are a leading home energy efficiency improvement company and are currently looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join their team as an office managerin Richmond Hill.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and increase effectiveness of support services – Finances, HR and IT through improvements to each and communication between all;

Work with Business development to review proposals to confirm compliance to formats and general terms and agreements;

Proactively solve and diffuse daily issues;

Contribute to short and long term organizational planning and strategy;

Actively engage and energize staff, event committees;

Contribute in Social Media updates and bring new ideas;

Oversee general administration of office (opening the office, answering the phone, responding to general emails, etc.);

Coordinate, chair and create meeting minutes for staff meetings.

Salary: $50,000 / year plus bonus

Minimum 5 years of administration management;

Experience in Payroll: 4 years (Preferred);

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized educational institution preferably in office or business administration;

Extremely strong organizational skills;

Fluent in English (both oral and written) Chinese asset;

Very strong interpersonal and communication skills;

High proficiency in Microsoft office;

Well-developed conflict resolution, problem solving and analytical skills;

Self-motivated, able to work in a team environment and balance the needs of the team.
