Business Development Specialist

Jobillico’s downtown Toronto office is in need of additional star talent for our Business Development team who are responsible for generating new business opportunities by introducing the power and strength of our solution. We are looking for driven individuals for our Business Development team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Soliciting prospective clients by phone in order to build business relationships, sell the overall Jobillico concept and schedule appointments for the inside sales team (average of 100 dials/day);
  • Taking part in all market development activities (cold calling, market intelligence gathering, labour market trends);
  • Working in close collaboration with the inside sales team in assigned vertical/industry segments to generate new business for the organization;
  • Establishing, maintaining and developing relations with potential clients who have been identified as target prospective customers;
  • Participating in internal sales meetings.

We want people who are motivated to push extra hard for results. Compensation includes a basic hourly pay, as well as weekly and monthly commissions.

  • Have the ability to quickly establish relationships over the phone;
  • Have the confidence needed to act as the product’s ambassador with prospective clients;
  • Have an ability to cope with pressure;
  • Ability to generate a volume of outbound calls;
  • Have a strong sense of motivaiton or initiative;
  • Experience in sales and/or telephone outbound cold calling an asset;
  • Ability to think on your feet and be creative.

  • Work experience (years): 0-2 years

Package

Salary: 20.00$ per hour
